Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the privately operated Keith County Court Docket reference resource and its links to official records channels.

NO FCRA USE. This site is not affiliated with a court or government body and is not a consumer reporting agency. It may not be used for a Fair Credit Reporting Act regulated purpose, including credit, employment, tenant screening, or insurance decisions.

1. What This Website Is

Keith County Court Docket is a private informational resource. It does not operate Nebraska JUSTICE, maintain an official docket, issue court documents, accept filings, or control court calendars. It points to the clerk, courts, and official portals that do hold those records.

2. Informational Use Only

Content is general information, not an official court record, order, or legal opinion. Verify any court date, case status, fee, or document with the Keith County court office that maintains the record.

3. Rules for Using This Site

Use the resource lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with its operation, evade access controls, automate collection against the site, harass another person, or use information in a way prohibited by law or these terms.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

The site does not prepare consumer reports, background reports, credit reports, or decisions about people. Do not use information here or from a linked tool to decide hiring, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, benefits, or another FCRA-regulated matter.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing here advises a visitor how a particular charge, order, deadline, hearing, or record applies to a situation. A licensed Nebraska attorney can provide legal advice. The court clerk can explain record procedures but cannot provide legal advice.

6. Accuracy Is Not Guaranteed

Court data, office hours, fees, and portal fields can change. Information is supplied as is and may be incomplete, delayed, or outdated. Nebraska's court access practices are shaped by the Nebraska Public Records Act, principally Neb. Rev. Stat. ยงยง 84-712 and 84-712.01, together with court-specific public-access and privacy rules.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Links and advertised tools lead to services independently operated by courts, governments, or third parties. Their content, availability, fees, terms, and privacy practices are their own. Review them before providing information or paying for a service.

8. Intellectual Property

The site's original text, design, graphics, and code are protected by applicable law. Do not reproduce, alter, distribute, or build upon those materials without permission except as law permits.

9. Limits on Our Liability

To the extent law permits, use of this resource is at the visitor's risk. The site is not liable for a decision based on an unavailable, incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate result from this site or an external resource.

10. Indemnification

A user agrees to protect the site and its operators from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the user's misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Nebraska law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is subject to the lawful jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Nebraska.

12. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be revised to reflect changes in law, operations, or services. Continued use after a revision means the current posted terms apply.
